A pediatric speech clinic serving families with children ages 3+ in Knoxville, TN and the surrounding area.
Welcome to
The Garden
At The Garden, we celebrate neurodiversity and each child’s particular strengths and needs. First, we partner with our families to discover the specific communication tools their child needs in their toolbox. Next, we equip both the child and the family. Finally, we watch them flourish! We can’t wait to be a part of your team.
Our small private practice offers individualized services to address speech impairments, childhood apraxia of speech, and stuttering in children.
Services

Intervention for stuttering increases your child’s ability to communicate confidently through activities focused on education/awareness/beliefs about stuttering and through developing individualized communication strategies.
-
Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS)
Intervention for CAS increases speech intelligibility and naturalness by improving your child’s motor system involved in producing speech (planning and programming sound sequences) through focused and fun practice.
